The Uluberia Lok Sabha seat has 15,77,396 voters and the Noapara assembly seat has 2,46,522 voters.

The counting of votes for Uluberia Lok Sabha and Noapara Assembly seats in West Bengal is underway. In Bengal, the Mamata Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress has locked horns with the BJP, while the CPM is trying to gain ground in the seats in its earlier strongholds.


The Uluberia Lok Sabha seat has 15,77,396 voters and the Noapara assembly seat has 2,46,522 voters.

Between 75 and 76 per cent votes were cast till the end of scheduled time in by-polls to the Uluberia Lok Sabha and Noapara Assembly seats in West Bengal.

READ MORE WEDNESDAY, Nov. 28, 2018 (HealthDay News) — Truxima ( rituximab -abbs) has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as the first biosimilar to the non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma drug Rituxan , the agency said Wednesday. A biosimilar is a biological product that is approved based on data showing it is “highly similar” to a drug already approved by the FDA, with no “clinically meaningful differences in terms of safety, purity and potency,” the agency said in a news release. The report, from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, looked at nearly 12,000 fatal opioid overdoses occurring between July 2016 and June 2017 in states across the Northeast, the Midwest and the West. “Most states were simultaneously struggling with a complex mix of prescription and illicit opioid deaths,” reported the team led by Christine Mattson, of the CDC’s National Center for Injury Prevention and Control.
