READ MORE New Delhi: Finance minister Arun Jaitley on Sunday launched a scathing attack on the Congress over the Rafale deal, calling it a “bad loser” and saying the CAG’s view of the issue was not relevant after the Supreme Court’s clean chit. With the first four days of winter session of Parliament washed out over various protests, Jaitley said the opposition Congress will prefer disruptions over discussion on Rafale during the remainder of the session.
